Friday and Saturday

Did 11.4 again Friday and I performed 111 reps...felt a bit better...hopefully will stay top 30...only 2 weeks left...

I came up on Saturday morning and did this while everyone was either asleep or running the 5k

Strength:

Back Boom Sqt:

Then did this:
Run 800 m.
75 vested situps #10
Run 800 m. with vest

Results:
10'ish minutes....
